At The Center Stone Jewelers, we want to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping practices and policies to keep you informed every step of the way.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Additional Charges:

    • $35 for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

    • Shipping to all other countries will be quoted at the time of purchase.

  • International Customers:

    • You are responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery.

    • Refusal or failure to pay customs/import fees will result in a 30% restocking fee deducted from your refund when the item is returned to us. Custom orders will not be refunded in such cases.


Shipping Methods

  • Orders Valued Over $1,000:

    • Shipped via FedEx or UPS Next Day Air with signature required for delivery.

    • We do not ship on Fridays to avoid packages remaining in carrier systems over the weekend.

    • A physical street address is required; carriers do not ship to P.O. boxes.

    • Packages are shipped in discreet packaging and fully insured.

  • Orders Valued Under $1,000:

    • Shipped via USPS Priority Mail with signature required.


Tracking and Delivery

  • You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped.

  • We recommend monitoring your shipment through the carrier’s website to know when to expect delivery and ensure someone is available to sign for it.

  • If delivery to your home isn’t practical, consider having it sent to a trusted friend or your place of work.

  • Carriers generally make up to three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be held at a local branch for pickup or returned to us.


Reshipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs or redirect fees if:

    • An incorrect address is provided at the time of order.

    • The shipping address changes during production, and we are not informed before the shipping date.

  • If a package is returned because it could not be delivered, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.


Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Processing time is 24-48 hours.

  • Time-Sensitive Orders: If your jewelry is needed for a specific event, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline. However, shipping times may be affected by public holidays, bad weather, carrier mechanical issues, or other causes beyond our control.


Delays and Deadlines

  • We work hard to meet delivery deadlines, but failure to meet an estimated delivery date is not considered grounds for a return, especially for made-to-order or custom items.

  • If we feel we cannot meet a promised deadline, we will communicate with you and work on a resolution.

  • Ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the shipping address.

  • If delivery is challenging at your location, consider an alternative address, such as a workplace or trusted friend’s home.

  • Keep your tracking number handy and check for updates on the carrier’s website.
