• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
• For your convenience, we can provide a pre-paid return shipping label. The cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund.

• Custom Orders and Personalized Items: All custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-returnable.
• Resized or Altered Items: In-stock rings that have been resized or altered are considered custom items and are not eligible for return.
