Our custom design process works like this:

1. Complete the design brief on this page and submit it.
2. We will contact you for a free 30 min design consultation.
3. We will give you a quote on your ring and send an invoice for the design deposit.
4. Once the deposit is paid we'll complete your design and schedule a design review.
5. We will create up to 2 revisions. When the final design is approved, we will send you an invoice for the balance of the ring cost. (Deducting the design fee.)
6. Once that invoice is paid, we will start creating your ring!
